1. 本ポリシーの対象

このポリシーは、BCNOFNe（運営者：aynyan）が提供する iPhone・iPad 向けアプリ「Sorotte（ソロッテ）」と、そのウィジェット・ロック画面の表示・ショートカットに適用されます。

2. 本アプリの概要

Sorotte は、アプリのアイコンを形に並べるホーム画面のウィジェット、テンプレート、ロック画面の動く壁紙（Live Photo）、充電中のアニメーションなどで、iPhone の見た目を着せ替えるアプリです。自分の絵で着せ替えセットを作って配ったり、人が作ったセットを受け取ったりもできます。基本の機能は無料で、一部の機能は「Sorotte Pro」（月額・年額・買い切りのアプリ内課金）で使えます。広告は表示しません。

3. 取り扱う情報

氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報・連絡先・写真ライブラリ全体などは取得しません。アカウント登録もありません。

写真から人物や物の形を切り抜く処理（下絵の取り込み・写真を動かす）は、iPhone の中の機能（Vision）で行い、写真を外部に送りません。

どの通信でも、通信の仕組み上、接続先のサーバーにお使いの IP アドレスが届きます。

Sorotte Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to "Sorotte", the iPhone and iPad app provided by BCNOFNe (operator: aynyan), including its widgets, Lock Screen displays and Shortcuts.

2. About the app

Sorotte lets you customize the look of your iPhone with Home Screen widgets that arrange app icons in shapes, templates, moving Lock Screen wallpapers (Live Photos) and charging animations. You can also make and share sets from your own art, and receive sets made by others. The basic features are free; some features are available with "Sorotte Pro" (monthly, yearly or one-time in-app purchase). The app shows no ads.

3. Information we handle

  • Information kept only on your iPhone: the names, bundle IDs and launch schemes of the apps you arrange, icon images, widget and template settings, photos, videos and wallpaper screenshots you choose, the pictures, charging animations and collections you create, and your short message.
  • Information you enter when making a set: the set name, creator name and social handle (only if you enter one). These are included in the set file you create.
  • A device ID for this installation: a random number created the first time you use the app (it contains no name or device information). It is included in the sets you make so the app can tell whether a set was made on your own device, and it is stored in your iPhone's Keychain.
  • Information sent for purchases: an anonymous user ID, the product purchased, the purchase date, and your device model and OS version (see section 8).
  • Information sent to search apps and fetch icons: the app name you type and your country code, or an app's bundle ID.
  • Contact information: the content and contact details you provide when you contact us.

We do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts or your whole photo library. No account is required.

4. How we obtain it

  • What you enter and choose in the app.
  • The photo picker (the app receives only the photos and videos you pick).
  • Checking whether popular apps are installed: using an iPhone feature (canOpenURL), the app checks on your iPhone only whether about 50 specific apps can be opened. The result is not sent anywhere.
  • The contents of a Sorotte file (.zip) that someone sent you, when you open it yourself (including the set name, creator name, social handle and device ID the creator included).
  • The purchase process (through the App Store and RevenueCat).

5. Purposes

  • To run the app's features, such as arranging icons and showing widgets, Lock Screen displays and charging animations.
  • To fetch app icon images (Apple's public search).
  • To show the creator's name on sets you receive, and to determine whether Sorotte Pro is needed when you apply a set made on your own device to your own Home Screen (device ID).
  • To confirm and restore purchases.
  • To answer your inquiries.

Cutting out people or objects from your photos (importing a guide picture, making a photo move) is done with on-device features (Vision); your photos are not sent anywhere.

6. Storage and transmission

  • Settings, images and videos are stored only on your iPhone (including the storage shared between the app and its widgets). They are never sent to BCNOFNe's servers. Whether they are included in your iPhone backups follows your Apple settings.
  • Moving wallpapers and recordings are added to the Photos app only when you choose to save them (the app uses add-only permission and does not read your photo library). Only Sorotte's own screen is recorded.
  • Files made with "Share the Whole Set" or "Make and share a set" go only to the destination you choose (AirDrop, LINE, Files, or your own storage such as BOOTH or Google Drive). They contain the settings, icons, art, photos and videos you selected, plus the set name, creator name, social handle and device ID. They do not pass through BCNOFNe, and Sorotte never hosts your files. A promo image is exported only when you choose to save or share it.
  • Because the device ID is stored in your iPhone's Keychain, it remains after you delete the app. If you use iCloud Keychain, Apple syncs it between devices signed in to the same Apple ID. It is never sent to BCNOFNe's servers.
  • With "Customize all with AI", you can save a sheet of your icons to the Photos app and copy a prompt describing the art you want. Whether you paste them into ChatGPT or similar services is your own action. Sorotte does not send anything to those services, and what you paste is subject to their terms.
  • Deleting the app removes its data from your iPhone (items saved to the Photos app and the device ID in the Keychain remain). BCNOFNe holds none of your data, so no deletion request is needed.
  • You can cancel the monthly or yearly plan in your iPhone's Settings › your name › Subscriptions.

As with any internet connection, the servers you connect to receive your IP address.

7. Sharing with third parties

We do not share the information we handle with third parties except:

  • when it is sent to the services in section 8 for their stated purposes;
  • when you choose a destination with "Share the Whole Set" or "Make and share a set";
  • when required by law.

8. External services

  • Apple (iTunes Search API and App Store image delivery): searching app names and fetching icon images. Only the app name you type and your country code, or a bundle ID, are sent. Apple Privacy Policy
  • Apple (App Store in-app purchases): purchases and payments. Payment details are processed by Apple and are not shared with BCNOFNe.
  • RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.): confirming and restoring purchases. It receives an anonymous user ID, the product purchased, the purchase date, and your device model and OS version. RevenueCat Privacy Policy

The app contains no analytics, advertising or tracking. The Apple Standard EULA applies as the terms of use.

9. Security

  • The app communicates only over encrypted connections (https). Icon images are fetched only from Apple's image servers.
  • Before importing a file someone sent you, the app checks its size, number of items, names, image dimensions and integrity, and rejects anything that does not match.
  • When a widget opens another app, only apps you arranged yourself can be opened.
  • No administrative secret keys are included in the app.

10. Use by minors

There is no age restriction. Minors should make in-app purchases with a parent's or guardian's consent. Purchases can be restricted with Screen Time or Family Sharing's "Ask to Buy" on iPhone.
