アプリや動画サービスの料金を「携帯料金と一緒に払う（キャリア決済）」にしていると、領収書がメールに届かないことがあります。そういう物は、携帯会社のページで利用履歴を開いて、スクリーンショットを撮ってから SubScope に入れてください。

入れ方（おすすめ：AI に作ってもらう）

  1. SubScope の「設定」→「AI に作ってもらう」でプロンプトをコピーする
  2. 利用履歴のスクショ（2〜3 か月分）や明細の PDF と一緒に、プロンプトを AI に貼って送る
  3. AI の返事をコピーして、SubScope の「AI に作ってもらう」で貼る → 確認画面で選んで取り込む

AI に渡したくない時は、SubScope の「＋」から手で入れられます。

Adding subscriptions you pay through your phone bill

If you pay for an app or video service "together with your phone bill" (carrier billing), the receipt may never arrive by email. For those, open your billing history on your mobile carrier's page, take screenshots, and add them to SubScope.

The steps below are for carriers in Japan, so screen names are shown as they appear on Japanese screens, with an English explanation.

How to add them (recommended: Ask an AI to make a list)

  1. In SubScope, go to Settings › "Ask an AI to make a list" and copy the prompt.
  2. Send the prompt to an AI together with screenshots of 2–3 months of billing history, or a PDF statement.
  3. Copy the AI's reply, paste it in "Ask an AI to make a list" in SubScope, then choose the items on the review screen and import them.

If you'd rather not give them to an AI, you can add them by hand with the "+" button in SubScope.

docomo (d払い / d Barai)

  • App: d払い app → 「利用履歴」 (usage history) → 「d払い」 tab. Items labeled 「電話料金合算払い」 (charged to your phone bill) are the ones paid through your phone bill. For monthly charges, screenshots of 2–3 months make it easier for an AI to work out the billing cycle.
  • Web: 「ご利用明細を確認する」 (check statement) on the d払い site → 「ご利用履歴・継続課金一覧」 (usage history and recurring charges). To see all your monthly charges in one place, the web 「継続課金一覧」 (recurring charges list) is handy (your network PIN is required). Items marked as ended have been canceled.

au, UQ mobile, povo (au PAY (auかんたん決済 / au Easy Payment))

  • App: au PAY app → 「取引履歴」 (transaction history) → choose the month → 「au PAY（auかんたん決済）」 → 「詳細を見る」 (see details)
  • Web: au PAY site → 「履歴照会」 (history) → choose the month → 「au PAY（auかんたん決済）」 → 「詳細を見る」 (see details)

  • App: My SoftBank app → 「ソフトバンクまとめて支払い」 under 「お支払い料金」 (payments) → 「ご利用明細の確認」 (check statement)
  • Web: My SoftBank → 「確認する」 (check) under 「ご利用履歴」 (usage history)
  • For monthly charges, screenshots of 2–3 months side by side make it easier for an AI to work out the billing cycle.

If something doesn't work

  • Anything whose price is unclear goes into "Needs review" on SubScope's review screen. Tick it, and fix it later in the edit screen.
  • If the billing cycle is unknown, choose one on the review screen to add it.
  • If the same subscription is already in SubScope, it isn't overwritten by default.
